Hi @tart,
Could you please send us the following for further analysis:
- C:\Users\Public\spacedeskSetup.log
- C:\WINDOWS\INF\setupapi.dev.log
- dxdiag.txt file, just run dxdiag.exe on your primary machine, click Save All Information then save the output file.
Please save it all in one folder then right-click -> Send to -> Compressed (zipped) folder, the attach the zip file on your next reply. There should be an "Attach file" option below the editor.
Looking forward to your reply.

Hi @tart, posting URL is not allowed for security reasons. What is the size of the zip file? You can also attach the files one by one, just change the format of .log files to .txt.

Hi @tart,

Thank you for sending the requested file.
Currently analyzing the log files, and it shows an error:  Unable to determine presence of driver package. Error = 0x000003F1
This error is probably caused by corrupted system files.

Could you please try fixing the corrupted system files (if there's any), just follow the steps below:
1. SFC tool
  - run command prompt as administrator
  - type the command: sfc /scannow and press Enter
  - the repair process can take a while, just wait for it to finish
2. If SFC did not fix the problem, try DISM tool
  - run command prompt as administrator
  - type the command: DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth and press Enter
  - the repair process can take a while, just wait for it to finish
  - after the repair process, please restart your primary machine

After trying the steps above, please try again with spacedesk installation.
Please also try to update to the latest Nvidia Graphics adapter, you can download the latest driver version from their website. https://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx

Looking forward to your feedback.
