Hi @vovanich_339,
Can you tell us exactly the error message during installation?
For further analysis, could you please send us the following:
- run dxdiag.exe on your primary machine, click "Save all information" and send us the output file
- spacedeskSetup.log file located in C:\Users\Public
- setupapi.dev.log file located in C:\Windows\INF

Please save all requested files in one folder, then right-click -> Send to -> Compressed (zipped) folder, then attach the *.zip file on your next reply.

PS: We merged the two topics you posted.

Hi @vovanich_339,

Thank you for sending the requested files.
Based on the log files, it encounters an error 1009: The configuration registry database is corrupt.
Maybe you did some system changes that causes this corruption on your system.

You can try the following suggestions below:
1. Go to Settings -> Update & Security -> Windows Update and check if your have any available updates then please download and update your primary machine.
2. Try system restore, if you have available restore point saved.
Please check this article for instruction: https://www.windowscentral.com/how-use-system-restore-windows-10#recover_restore_point_windows10

All right, then. Updates are not triggered. They hang on loading. There are no recovery points. I don't know what to do. I will not reinstall windows. There is no flash drive for 8 gigabytes. Only 2 by 4 gigabytes.

Hi @vovanich_339,

You mean Windows Update is failing? Is there an error when you tried to run Windows Update?
Please also try this: Windows Update Troubleshooter for Windows 10 (microsoft.com)
