Cannot Detect Primary Machine!

Yesterday when I started SpaceDesk everything was going fine, but today when I opened SpaceDesk'i "Can not Detect Primary Machine!" Error I've deleted the program a few times and installed, but still did not check the firewall also antivirus. When I enter your HTML5 site, it connects by typing the ip address of my host computer, but it doesn't connect when I type in my 2nd computer. I've tried the same thing on my 2nd computer. but I still get an error when I manually search for ip address in spacedesk viewer program does not happen. PLEASE HELP ME!

Hi @mrastro,

So you mean, it worked when you connect via spacedesk HTML5 viewer?
Can you try restarting the spacedeskService, just run "services.msc" on your primary machine find spacedeskService then right-click restart.
For assistance, please also check the Cannot discover Primary Machine chapter in our user manual.

If it did not help, could you please send us the following for further analysis:
Primary machine
- Operating system (Windows 7/8.1/10)
- Graphics Adapter (AMD/Intel/Nvidia/Microsoft Basic Display)
- Network type (wired/wireless/USB tethering/WiFi Direct)
Secondary machine
- Viewer type (Android/iOS/Windows/HTML5)
- Network type (wired/wireless/USB tethering/WiFi Direct)
