Can you add instruction that say don't type in the port number after the IP address in the software. That's the reason why I couldn't connect.

Can you add instruction that say don't type in the port number after the IP address in the software. That's the reason why I couldn't connect.

- Primary machine operating system (Windows 10)
- Secondary machine operating system (iOS/HTML5)

- Primary machines's Graphics adapter (Nvidia)
- Network connection type (Wired/USB tethering/Hosted Network)

Did you checked our user manual?

We double checked our current user manual and we never mentioned there that you must input the IP address with Port number on any viewer app.
All our screenshots shows IP address only.
Our HTML5 viewer page's default IP address does not also shows the port number.
Why did you try to enter IP address with Port number?
Where did you get the idea to enter the IP address with Port number?
We are just curious, that's all.

When I connected to a program that showed my desktop on my desktop in Windows the IP address had the port number at the end so I thought I'd needed it. It's just good to have it so it easy to understand without even having to check a manual but extra notes in the manual as well would be good.

My pleasure.

I tried loading the software maybe a year ago and could only get it to connect once back then. I just thought the program was buggy and left it until this month. I'm glad I tried it again. It looks like it works all the time now ^^
I also found the app on my iPad was crashing but after removing it and reinstalling it it started working properly. Maybe that could be written as a fix, to help people with similar problems. I'm happy to help test the Windows 10 to iPad connection of updates here. 

"If the app crashes on an Apple device try removing and reinstalling the app."
