Is the spacedesk viewer on your secondary machine (Laptop) connecting but no screen update?
Are you using extension mode or mirror mode?
Could you please open the display settings window on your primary machine then check how many displays are attached.
For further analysis, could you please run dxdiag.exe on your primary machine, click "Save All Information", then attach the output file (dxdiag.txt) on your next reply.
Looking forward to your feedback.

Hi @rolfh,
Attach file option should be available after first or second post.
Please check on your next reply if you can find now the attach file option below the editor.
What is your viewer type? Android/iOS/HTML5/Windows?
What is the current screen resolution on your secondary display?

My main viewer is a PC with Win 10, version 1903 and the secondary display is an iPad 10.2 running iOS 13.2.3; screen res 1360x768 (I think)

DXdiag attached

Best regards

Hi @rolfh,
Could you please check if your Intel Graphics 5000 driver is already updated.
Please try this link https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/intel-driver-support-assistant.html
If there's a new update on your Intel Graphics driver, please update it.

If problem still persist, please follow the steps below:
1. Download this file  then right-click -> Extract files.
2. Inside you will fine spacedesk_SetVerboseTraceON.bat file, just right-click run as Administrator
3. Run devmgmt.msc to open the Device Manager, go to Display adapters -> spacedesk Graphics Adapter, right-click disable/enable it.
4. Run the services.msc, find spacedeskService then restart it.
5. Try to connect a spacedesk viewer to reproduce the desktop wallpaper issue on the viewer screen.
6. Please send us all the spacedesk_log_xxxx.etl log files located in  C:\Users\Public\spacedesk_logs folder.
Just right-click the spacedesk_logs folder, Send to -> Compressed (zipped) folder, then attach the *.zip file on your next reply.

Looking forward to your feedback.

Driver was updated already and problem persists.

Running your bat-file results in cmd.exe responding with ACCESS DENIED.

Hi @rolfh,
Thanks for sending the log files.
We are currently analyzing it.

Meanwhile, did you try to run the .bat file as administrator?
Is your computer account has administrator rights?

Even with access denied error, did you still try to disable then enable the spacedesk Graphics Adapter in device manager?
and restart the spacedeskService in the services?
