Hi, my problem is that after a few minutes of connecting my Android device via USB cable, my PC shuts down and shows the blue screen. I have all the drivers updated and the latest version in the mobile application.

The legend that appears on my PC when the blue screen appears is:

"Stop code: ATTEMPTED WRITE TO READONLY MEMORY

What went wrong: usb80236.sys "

Some important things:

PC:
-Windows 10.
-64 bits.
-8 GB RAM
-Updated drivers.
-USB connection.

MOBILE:
-Android 10
-4GB RAM

I hope you can help me, thanks.

Hi @josedaniel2000,

In some cases, when spacedesk is connected over USB tethering connection, the USB driver used by USB tethering network causes a BSOD crash.
Please try to update the Windows USB driver via Windows Update.

To verify if your BSOD is the same case, could you please send us the following for further analysis:
- run dxdiag.exe on your primary machine, click "Save All Information", save the output file (dxdiag.txt)
- most recent dump file (*.dmp) of your BSOD with spacedesk which is located in C:\Windows\minidump folder.

Hello, I already have the files, I will attach them right away.
I send them in RAW format, because it won't let me send two files.
I hope you can help me.

Hi @josedaniel2000,

Thanks for sending the requested files.
We will get back to you as soon as we analyze the dump file.

Hi @josedaniel2000,

We have analyzed your dump file and it looks like it's different from what you stated on your original post.
This dump file is pointing to a crashing tcpip.sys driver (network driver) on power suspend (probably hibernate mode).
The bug check code on this dump file is DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE (9f).
Did you also encounter the blue screen upon hibernate/Sleep/Shutdown while spacedesk is connected?
