Hi @azzam_,

Are you using the most recent spacedesk Driver and Viewer version?

Can you send us the following details:
Primary Machine
- operating system (Windows 8.1/10)?
- graphics adapter (AMD/Intel/Nvidia)?
- network connection (wire/wireless/wifi direct/USB tethering)?

Secondary Machine
- Viewer app type (Android/iOS/Windows/HTML5)
- network connection (wire/wireless/wifi direct/USB tethering)?

For further analysis, could you please run dxdiag.exe on your primary machine, click "Save All Information", then attach the output file (dxdiag.txt) on your next reply.
PS: Attach option should be visible on your side after your second post.

Hi @azzam_,

Is it just plain black screen or does it show "connected - display off" status?
What is the current native screen resolution of your android device?

Is your AMD graphics adapter updated?
You can download the latest AMD driver from their official website.

Hi @azzam_,

Could you please check on your dxdiag window -> Display tab the driver date , DDI version, feature levels and driver model of your AMD driver.
And also the current Windows 10 Build version of your primary machine, you can find it by running "winver".

Hi @azzam_,
There should be an "Attach" option below the text editor on your side.

Hi @azzam_,
Thanks for sending your dxdiag info.
Can you maybe try to update your ATI/AMD GPU?
Maybe you can find the last driver version installer form their official website.
https://www.amd.com/en/support

If ATI/AMD driver update is not possible or did not help, then we would like to analyze further the issue.
Please download the spacedesk diagnostic script here, then extract it.
https://www.dropbox.com/s/ilm5em35h0ygsfm/2020_spacedeskDiagnosticTool.zip?dl=0

Inside you will find spacedeskDiagnosticTool.cmd, just right-click it then run as administrator.
This script will start a debug view app to capture spacedesk debug traces.
On step 5 it will prompt you to reproduce the issue (by connecting the viewer app which only shows black screen), make sure to do this before pressing any key to continue.
After the script is done, a folder will be created on the same folder as the script file which contains various log files that we need for analysis.
Please right-click it -> Send to -> Compressed (zipped) folder, then attach the *.zip file on your next reply.

Looking forward to your feedback.

Hi @justtryin,

Thanks for sending your dxdiag info.
Is your AMD and Nvidia on the same primary machine?

Could you please replace the spacedeskDiagnosticTool.cmd with this edited version here: https://www.dropbox.com/s/xjmbzly55jogwco/spacedeskDiagnosticTool_Edited.cmd?dl=0
Then try to run it as administrator again.

Hi @justtryin,
could you please try our most recent spacedesk driver v0.9.76.
Then let us know if it's still black screen.

Can you also check on display settings window of your primary machine if there's a detached secondary display during black screen issue.

Looking forward to your feedback.
