[Solved] Black Screen on Web Browser.

My host computer is a Windows desktop with a GTX 1060 and a Ryzen 5. My display monitor is a 2013 MacBook pro using the latest version of google chrome. When I connect to my host computer I am able to connect and control the screens on my macbook. Although I can only see black on the macbook. My host computer says it is "attached(extend)". Is there anyway to get a visual?

Hi @machswim,

It is currently a known bug with the the HTML5 viewer and the current spacedesk Driver.
This will be fixed on our next driver release.
If you have a 64-bit primary machine, please try the workaround steps below otherwise please let us know.

Workaround for a 64-bit machine:
- download a new spacedesk service binary here
- Unzip it, then you will find a new spacedeskService.exe for your 64-bit primary machine.
- On your primary machine, run services.msc, find spacedeskService then Stop it.
- Replace the current spacedeskService.exe on your C:\Windows\System32 with the new one.
- After you replace it, please restart again your spacedeskService on the services window.
Then let us know if this new spacedeskService fixes the issue on your HTML5 viewer.

I had the same problem, the new .exe did resolve the issue!

Hi @machswim, @digit1704,

Please download the latest spacedesk Driver (v0.9.32) on our website.
The latest version includes the fix for the black screen problem of the HTML5 Viewer.
